Words can't express how much I will miss Room 15 and all of the wonderful supportive parents we have!  I have had an awesome time teaching you all for our Fabulous Fridays.  

So thankful we will be seeing each other regularly for buddy class catch ups!
Thanks to Room 13 & 16 joining us for farewell songs, gifts and flowers, thank you all so much x

Niamh Pays It Forward

Breaking News!  Niamh Doherty is showing us all that kids can make a BIG impact on the world!

I am so proud to announce that she has raised over $800 (and still collecting) towards supporting Freedom Wigs and people suffering from alopecia.  

She will be having her hair cut off today at 4pm, it will then be sent away to be made into a wig to give to a person suffering this horrible disease.

It's not to late to donate money towards her amazing cause, supporting her has made it really apparent to us all what warriors we nurture everyday!

I am so proud of you Niamh, I hope your bravery will prompt us all to step into the world and give back.  Mrs Muir xx

Dance Festival!

Congratulations to all of the amazingly talented Srek & Fionas!  What an incredible performance on Monday!

All the hard work by Mrs Herdman, Mrs Anderson & Miss Meyrick was certainly well worth it!

Spring has Sprung!

Jess's mum very kindly brought in some of their beautiful chick for us to look at and cuddle!  At the moment, they have 5 brand new chicks and 40 chickens... they also have an egg incubator!  It's Chicken Central at the Sinclair residence.  Some of the chickens have even been named after some class members at school!  Very special!

Bike Safe!

Kowhai has had the most amazing spring week to learn all about bike safety.  Here are some photos of some students tackling the biking course, they all showed a huge amount of courage and determination to complete all sections of the track, especially the challenging "S" bend.  Thank you to our fantastic parent helpers and our Bike Fit crew members.
